We deliver to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. If your location isn't covered, contact us at Support@diag-obd2.com before placing an order — we look into every request on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Process

Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we process and dispatch it within 24 hours.
Dispatch
Orders are shipped to the address provided or to a pick-up point. Please make sure your details are accurate to avoid any issues.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

International Delivery

No customs charges apply: Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are all European Union member states. You pay no import tax and no extra charge on receipt of your parcel.

Receiving Your Order

On receipt, check the packaging and the products. If anything is damaged, contact us within 24 hours. If you are not in when your order is delivered, a delivery notice will tell you where to collect your parcel.
