You get an email right after confirmation. The team then prepares the parcel, ships it within 24 hours, and a second email with the tracking link follows to guide the delivery all the way to you.
I need to change or cancel my order, is that possible? ▼
Yes, as long as the parcel hasn't left our warehouse yet. One email to Support@diag-obd2.com is enough for a free change or cancellation.
My delivery address is wrong, how do I fix it? ▼
Before shipping, simply send us the correct address by email and we'll update it right away.
How do I track my delivery's progress? ▼
As soon as it ships, a tracking link is sent to you by email, with real-time progress until delivery by the carrier (Bpost, GLS or Mondial Relay).
I never got a confirmation email, what should I do? ▼
A quick check in your spam folder often solves it. Otherwise contact us with your name and order date, and we'll resend the confirmation.
